Today FIRRÌO is born to give life to a new line of products able to honor the history of the company and the territory where it has always operated, the name of the Contrada where grandfather Paolo Simonaro, at the beginning of the ’30s, promotes agricultural activity by planting the first olive groves until founding in the early 1990s the oil mill, now run by the third generation of the family.

The extra virgin olive oil FIRRÌO SELEZIONE ITALIA BIOLOGICO is the result of a wise selection and coupling of the best 100% Italian cultivars produced by organic farming.
The yellow-green colour reveals a medium-light fruity, with a clear herbaceous component, enriched with strong fruity notes of green apple and black pepper.
The taste is large and complex, confirms the hints of field vegetables and artichoke, with a little bitter and a balanced spicy.
In the kitchen it goes well with delicate fish and white meat dishes and completes the delicate flavours in grilled vegetables, while poured raw on soups if they enhance the aromas.
