Return and Refund

The SIMONARO.IT Online Shop wants to guarantee maximum satisfaction during the Shopping. If for any reason our customer is not satisfied with his order and the products delivered are qualitatively not compliant with the above, the customer can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The Right of Withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of a possible gift.

SIMONARO.IT will refund to the customer the amount of the goods returned net of the shipping costs incurred for the return or, at the request of the customer, replace the article/s with goods of the customer’s choice of equal value, only after receiving the Return.

The necessary condition to return is that:

• the goods are entire and in perfect condition;
• is not custom goods or made on specific request (to order).

The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of order.

COST OF RETURN SHIPMENT

In case of return, the costs of the return shipment of the package are borne by the customer.
In case of replacement of the article, except for goods that are damaged or defective, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

To submit the return request, write to info@simonaro.it indicating the order number, the items to be returned, the quantity and the reason for the return.
You will receive, as soon as possible, a confirmation email from our staff that will indicate the address for the return and the refund method.
