METHOD OF PAYMENT

To pay the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, the customer can pay with the most common credit cards that will be found at check out or with the secure PayPal system.
The order will be considered done only after the approval of bank payment centers. If payment is made via PayPal, the charge or refusal will be immediate.
According to the provisions on Privacy www.simonaro.it does not store the bank details of the customer to ensure greater security of the processing of personal data.
Payment by bank transfer can be made to the current account that will be shown at the time of purchase after selecting this option as a payment method.

Banking practice requires that the transfer made is accepted into the beneficiary’s current account not earlier than 3/5 working days from its execution, consequently, to these days will be added the days between the date of completion of the order and the date on which the customer will arrange the bank transfer.
After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order without having received the credit of the bank transfer, we will cancel the order.

The customer shall record and print the payment data if he wishes to retain the details of his bank transaction.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable by law.
The availability of the items is explicitly indicated before concluding the purchase.

Shipping times and costs
Our goods travel in Italy and abroad with Corriere Espresso Nazionale e Internazionale. The goods that are shipped are always insured in case of breakage. To ensure the integrity of the shipped material, we use the best packaging systems, which consist of double wave reinforced boxes.

FREE shipping throughout Italy.
Shipping costs abroad are calculated on the weight of the single package and vary in relation to the delivery address provided, with minimum purchase order of __,00 €. We periodically issue gift coupons to our registered customers; we pay the shipping costs.

DELIVERY TIME

For all items in the shop, delivery times range from 2/3 working days for Italy to 5/10 working days for abroad.
The times run in relation to the chosen payment method: immediate (PayPal) to credit received (Bank Transfer Advance), after our order confirmation in case of (Cash on delivery).
The delivery is made on working days from Monday to Friday, (in areas that also provide Saturday).
When the courier takes charge of the shipment, we will send an email with link and tracking code to monitor the status of the delivery.
The Customer who receives the package must verify its integrity, providing to report to the shipper any anomalies or damage to the packaging.
